In health we worked on finding evidence of learning and the students worked also on their games that they are creating for their peers to play. After the students have created their game as a class we played a game that I created which is called nutrition.

In class today we worked on the archery test, by writing down the 11 skill cues, and drawing and labeling the archery course. After the students finished their test they worked on finding evidence of learning that they could put into their portfolios.

Health January 06, 2016

In health we covered the five components of fitness and finished the slide show. We then moved onto the FITT principal and created a FITT principal workout. After the class had finished, the class got into groups and created or invented a new game that their peers will play and our use.

assignment: Draw and label the archery range, with the distance and labels of each line. After students finished their drawing, as a class we practiced shooting on the range, practicing, follow through and stance.

assignment: write down the 11 skill cues from archery class and use them during archery. As a class we worked on shooting, and remembering the four whistle commands. Students rotated turns and shot at targets and cleaned up the equipment.
