In preparation to visiting the CSI lab we are taking a look at the career pathway of Protective Services. You will be surprised at what is included in this category. Take a look!
This post will find its way into all the mailboxes of those who don’t need to hear it. So disregard it. My hope is that people we see this post on the blog. We’ve got about 70 subscribers to our blog. However, only 35 of them are actually receiving email alerts when things post. This is because they are UNVERIFIED. You must respond to an email from FEEDBURNER that you indeed want to subscribe to the blog. Most of the unverified are students. (Hint, Hint)
We are beginning our new PE unit….SOCIAL DANCE! This coming week we will be working on the Cha Cha Slide (yes folks, with the Cha Cha step)
Friday we are spending the day away from the school. I put in an order for nice weather and we might get it! However, students should always layer so they can bundle up and cool off in a moment’s notice.
Bring a small bag with the following:
*Remember walking shoes (for your feet, not in the bag)
*Sack lunch and water bottle
*notebook and pen/pencil
*Pinewood Derby car if you are interested in racing at the Pinewood Speedway.
The school is providing the bus fare for both the trip there and back. However, PLEASE NOTE that due to the bus schedule for this area we will not be back on campus until 3:30 pm. If you would like to pick up your student at the Weber County Sheriff’s office between 2:30-2:45. All remaining students will be required to ride the bus home on the 613# at 2:52pm on 12th street.

Mark your calendars for February 28th, a Friday. We will be taking a tour of Weber County’s CSI lab. Permission slips will be coming home this week. After the tour we will be walking a short distance to the Appliance EMT shop on Gibson to enjoy lunch and assemble our picnic tables that we got from LifeTime for our outdoor classroom. We will then take the public bus back to the school.
