Annual Service Project

Our annual service project of staining the outdoor playground equipment is coming up on August 6th. Students will be applying new stain to the playground equipment to help keep the equipment beautiful, and usable for our school. We will be meeting at 9:00 am by the playground equipment. Come in clothes that you don’t mind getting a little stain on them. If you have any questions please contact the lead teacher Ms. Jessi at jleavell@mariamontessoriacademy.org or myself (Ms. Jessica) at jatwood@mariamontessoriacademy.org. We look forward to seeing you there.

Science Fair Volunteers

Science Fair volunteers are needed on 17 and 18 February 2016.  Maria Montessori Academy will be having our annual science fair for the 4th and 5th graders on the 17th and for the 6th and 8th graders on the 18th of February.  This is always an exciting time for our students and we need your help to make this a fun and memorable event.  We need parent volunteers to help with a variety of tasks from set-up/clean-up, judging, judging coordinators, score keepers and snacks.  No experience necessary for most of the tasks.  Please contact Paula Dugan at pdugan@mariamontessoriacademy.org or your child’s teacher if you would like to volunteer.
