Hello MMA families–
Your child’s Original Works keepsakes (and original art) will be coming home with them today or tomorrow. Please inspect your orders to make sure you got what you ordered and that nothing is broken.
If something is broken, please contact rachael.bush@gmail.com and let her know: 1) the item that needs to be replaced, 2) the order form number (at the top right in red on the order form, which is taped to the back of the art), 3) description of artwork (including vertical or horizontal orientation), and 4) the problem (broken, blurry, wrong orientation, etc).
If you want to buy MORE from your existing order, please contact rachael.bush@gmail.com and let her know: 1) the item(s) you want to order, 2) the order form number (at the top right in red on the order form, which is taped to the back of the art), 3) description of artwork (including vertical or horizontal orientation), and 4) a check payable to MMA for what you’d like to order (please reference the below order form for prices and descriptions).

Our Farm Overnighter is Thursday! Students need to be at Holmgren Historic Farm at 9:00am Thursday morning. They will need to be picked up at 2:00pm on Friday. The address to the Farm is: 460 N. 300 E. Tremonton, UT 84337
As a reminder parents are responsible for transportation to & from. If you need a ride please ask your friends how they are getting there or perhaps your parent can take while your friends parent picks up. I also suggest asking your friends if they need a ride & you know you have room in your vehicle.
We are VERY limited but VERY thankful for the Certified Drivers that can help us. If you need a ride you can sign up here. It WILL fill up fast! (gas money donations for them are appreciated)

These Conferences are student led! They will have the opportunity to discuss the past term as well as share their work with their teacher & parent(s) present. Students will need to bring their portfolio.

Don’t forget MMA Skate Night on Monday, May 11th from 5-8pm at the Classic Fun Center located at 867 N. 1200 W. Layton, UT. It is free admission for all MMA families! We hope to see you there!
Parents, please join us for our final MAPA meeting on Thursday, May 7th at 7 PM in the school gym. Children are always welcome at MAPA meetings. Your new MAPA board will be announced, budget will be discussed briefly and we’ll have lots of fun ideas for summer activities for the kids. We will be selling tickets for the Megaplex summer movies at 6:45 and then again after the meeting along with ice cream sundaes. This will be the only time to be able to purchase these movie tickets. Please see the information below. Also, 6th grade will be selling t-shirts.
**We will be selling these 10 week summer passes for $10 at our Spring General meeting. Movies will be shown on Wednesday mornings at 10 a.m. starting on June 3rd. Each guest (child or adult) requires a separate paid admission pass. You can buy as many passes as you’d like and these are not limited to just the students at MMA. Cash or check is preferred with checks made payable to MAPA; no sales tax is charged. We will accept credit card sales on May 7th. Sales will be done from 6:45-6:55 and then again after the conclusion of our meeting, during our ice cream social.
For anyone who wants passes and does not attend our school, still RSVP and I will make arrangements with you to get you your passes! Thank you for supporting our school!
