We want to thank you so much for all of the help we have received this year.  Our volunteers make our events possible, and we have had some great people with some big hearts.                                                                                                                               “Volunteers do not necessarily have the time; they just have the heart.”                               We have a few more events to wrap things up, so please help out where you can.

We are so excited to invite you to this year’s Gala at Snowbasin Ski Resort on March 23, 2019!  We are excited to share some great food and good times with you.  Don’t forget that we will have some wonderful art pieces made by your children up for live auction, and we have had some fantastic donations that will be up for silent auction.  Trust me, you do not want to miss out!  Time is running out and Snowbasin will NOT allow us to sell tickets at the door, so follow this link NOW to get your tickets purchased.

Tickets will only be available until March 10, 2019.  MAPA will also be available to help you purchase tickets in our North Shore drive through.  Look for us Thursday March 7, 2019 in the North East quadrant of the North Shore parking lot.  (We will be the crazy people with the signs.)

After we come back from President’s Day, one of our dedicated crossing-guards will no longer be able to take her shifts.  If you can take Monday, Tuesday or Thursday morning please let us know! Come join us Friday Nov. 16, 2018 at 8:45 am in the Conference room to get the ball rolling on our plans for this years Gala.  We could use volunteers to help with the final stages of planning and definitely need volunteers to help with getting children’s art ready for the big day.  HINT HINT…you don’t need to be an artist!  Nearly every grade could use a helper to shuffle kids around as we get the piece created!

We will be holding the school’s Gratitude Feast this Thursday November 15 in the “big gym”.  If you are new to our school the Gratitude Feast is a time when we invite community members that have helped our school be successful to come and have lunch.  If you are interested in helping by providing food, or by helping serve, please use the track it forward link below.  Remember that time spent buying and preparing food counts toward your 40 volunteer hours!
