Hitting the ground running after the long weekend!
6th graders have their Science Fair tomorrow. Projects will be up till 4:30, so please feel free to come visit and view from 3-4:30.
I sent a BLUE permission form home with 5th graders and new sixth graders for JA Biz Town. These need to be back to me by Monday, but I encouraged all to bring them back sooner. JA Biztown is scheduled for the 14th of March. Please look closely at the permission form – those attending need to be ready to leave for the field trip by 7:30 AM. Please stay tuned – we will be having in class interviews for positions, and we will be talking about appropriate interview attire, etc.
It’s that time of the year… Tomorrow, 5th graders will be coming home with their permission forms for the maturation talks which will take place on Tuesday, March 6. Please sign and have those back by no later than February 27
Please continue practicing for the spelling bee with your child – we will be having our in class bee tomorrow.
Please make sure that your student is working on IXL for at least 20 minutes every night. If you need IXL logins, please let me know, I would be happy to get that for you. Suggested IXLs are starred within the program.
