I promised I would come back from break with a solution to missing so many conference dates. Now that we are in our first full week of school after the break, I am excited to share my solution. Ms. Mindy and I have been discussing the challenge of having so many students to conference with in one day as well as the challenge of Friday conference days because I am alone in the classroom. Because of this, we have broken it up into a bi-weekly conferencing schedule and moved all Friday conferences to other days of the week. If your child was moved days and you have an issue with this, please let me know. This is the new conferencing schedule:
Weeks 1 & 3:
Monday: Jack, Harmony, Hope, Zeagon
Tuesday: Hudson, Romeo, Ashton, Jayden
Wednesday: Lilly, Kam, Ricky, Jenny
Thursday: Angel, Jena
Weeks 2 & 4:
Monday: Bhavjeet, Tye, Brynlee
Tuesday: Erik, George, Thor, Jayce
Wednesday: Annabelle, Molly, Malachi, Donovan
Thursday: Calli, Meila

Whoops… My Mistake
I mispoke in class today and said that at home book reports on free choice were due the 30th. I am absolutely fine with that being the deadline. So – if you child is already done, they can bring it in to me at any time – but the official due date is now the 30th. Sorry about that.
