Hello parents!

First of all, I would like to thank all of the parents that used the sign up for the field trip. It is so much easier to make sure that all of kids are accounted for when it is all in one place. That said, there were some students that were not accounted for on the sign up sheet, resulting in a lot of last minute shuffling and not knowing if we would be able to get all the kids to the field trip. Because of this, if your child is not accounted for by 5 PM the day before the field trip, we will not be able to guarantee that your child will have a spot in one of the carpools and it will be your responsibility to get your child to the field trip. I will be sending seat assignments to the parents that are driving the evening before. If you are not getting my emails or if there is a better way to contact you, please get in touch with me so that we can make sure everybody has the necessary information and that everybody is on the same page!

I also want to thank all of the parents who have signed up for donations for the Gala basket! I would like to remind you that we need the donations in no later than 3/13 so that I have time to put the Gala basket together before the Gala (which is the following Friday).
