Week 32

Posted on Sunday, April 27th, 2014 at 4:17 pm

Hello parents!

This coming week will be the last week to submit any checks for pizza.  Mr. John has just sent out an email regarding to not accept any more checks for May.  6th graders will be on their big field trip starting today (Sunday) and will be gone for a week.

Home projects are due tomorrow!  4/28

States for this coming week are:

Missouri- MO

Montana- MT

Nebraska- NE

Nevada- NV

New Hampshire- NH

New Jersey- NJ

If you are interested in helping out with the 3rd grade party which is on May 5th, please sign up with the link in last week’s post.  Jalee had gathered ideas and now I am taking over.  We know we will be primarily outside so we don’t disturb the middle schoolers.  We are looking to still have the annual chocolate fountain and we’ll be doing some games/activities.

Our emergency drill is coming up!  Please make sure you have information all updated with the office and to make sure a ride is available for your child May 8th between the hours of 12 and 3.  We as the teachers do not know when it will be that day we just know those time frames.  Also, your child will just go home without any of his or her stuff.  The school will NOT let them back in.

Our last field trip will be May 14 to the American Heritage Center in Logan.  I will be submitting the paperwork and am wanting to get a bus.  I’ll let you all know if I am able to get a bus for that day or if we will be using parent drivers.  Again, you are welcome to come no matter the transportation choice.

May is already this coming Thursday and it will go by fast!  Please stay updated with the blog as many activities take place this month such as: our field trip, 3rd grade shadowing, field day, conference sign up, spirt week
