Week 31

The 3rd graders finished all their tests! Yay! Their 3rd grade party is May 5th (a Monday). It will be from 1-2:30 and we are looking to be outside at that time. Activities are being determined, however we need helpers!!! Ms. Jalee was in charge of getting the party organized, however, she will having her baby this Sunday and I said I would take over for the rest of the organization. Here is the link she has made to sign up to help!
The students have started to slip on their studying for their states test. Here are the next 6 for the next Friday:
Maine- ME
Maryland- MD
Massachusetts- MA
Michigan- MI
Minnesota- MN
Mississippi- MS
This week we only had two work cycle days. When 3rd graders tested, Level 1s and 2s did cultural projects.

Level 2s: Moon phases
Level 3s: Cenozoic Era dinosaurs
Zoology: No Zoology because of testing
Geography:
Level 1s: Green/Blue landform books
Level 2s: Starburst rock cycle
Level 3s: Hurricanes
Botany:
Level 1s: Plants from the rainforest
Level 3s: natural watercolors with flowers
Friday: LAST Studio! States test, Energy intro.
