The packets for the next two weeks and your child’s portfolios are ready to be picked up Monday, May 4th (Please note that the new office hours are Monday-Thursday 9-11 am and 3-5 pm and are closed on Friday). They are located in front of the office under the second long table (closest to the hallway). They are labeled AM & PM and are in alphabetical order by first name. There are three boxes for the AM and two boxes for the PM. Each box is labeled with the beginning letters of that box. The packet is in front with the portfolio directly behind the packet. Please take both. If you had other things that did not get picked up earlier, then you will find everything combined into one sack. If your child has turned in Sam books, you will find their new books in the baskets between the two long tables in front of the office (just left of the boxes with the packets and portfolios).

Please do not return any more of your child’s homework. If you would like, you can just add it to their portfolios. We will not be gathering anything more from the children except for the Sam books. This will be the last week we will be giving the children their books so we can have time to get them returned before the end of the year.

We want to thank you for your support during these difficult times. We know you have added stressors in trying to manage distant learning on top of your many other responsibilities. We truly appreciate you and what you are having to do.

Keep smiling and stay safe!

Ms. Martha & Ms. Valerie
