2017-2018 School Supply List

ALL STUDENTS WILL NEED:

  • Backpack or bookbag
  • Water Bottle
  • Lunch box (lunches are eaten in the classrooms and microwaves are available, please limit heating time for lunch items to 1 minute).
  • Students are expected to bring their own paper, pencil/pen and eraser to each class. These items will not be provided by the teachers.
  • FFV (Fresh Fruits & Vegetables) — MMA has is moving toward a FFV snack policy. These items may be eaten anytime during each class but are limited only to prepared fresh fruits and vegetables. No granola bars, nuts, etc may be eaten during class/passing times.
  • Mess Kit in a mesh bag (necessary for field experiences – Please keep at home until needed)

 

NEW STUDENTS WILL NEED:

  • 2” Binder
  • 5-tab dividers

LANGUAGE ARTS SUPPLIES (For both 7th, 8th and 9th grade students unless specified)

  • Composition notebook (not spiral)
  • At least one section of a three ring binder (To keep papers that have been hole-punched or notebook paper)
  • Notebook paper for notes and classwork
  • Wonder by R. J. Palacio (7/8th grade)
  • The Running Dream by Wendelin Van Draanen (9th grade)

 

DANCE, PE & WEIGHTLIFTING

  • Solid colored shorts/sweat pants
  • Plain (no logo) white or grey shirt
  • Athletic shoes
