2018-2019 Field Trips

We have several fun field trips in the works for this school year.  Because buses are prohibitively expensive, we rely on parent drivers for our trips.  It is your responsibility to arrange rides for your child to and from each field trip. This can be in the form of a carpool (best and highly recommended option), or you can drop off and pick up your own child. We typically need 2-3 parent chaperones on these trips; however, driving does not guarantee that you will be able to chaperone.

Our class has limited funds available for our field trips, in order to stretch these funds, we will ask for donations from time to time.  Unfortunately, our field trip funds do not cover the price of chaperones. Thank you for supporting your child in our form of Going-Outs!

Sept 21 – All students – Constitution Day Field Trip

Oct. 4 – 4th grade only – American West Heritage Center PERMISSION SLIP INFO HERE

Oct. 25 – All students – Newsies Play at Weber High School

Dec. 12 – 6th grade only – Planetarium

Jan. 18 – 5th grade only – JA Biztown

May 5-May 10 – 6th grade Alliance Redwoods
