I want to inform everyone of my personal policy to not participate in social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) with parents or students.

I believe that this is the most effective way to maintain professional objectivity, and eliminate the possibility of any inappropriate communicative contact.

Please understand, and respect, the rationale behind this policy.  Please do not send any requests for “friendship” or connection on social media.
