Our class is in need of a few things.

We are desperately in need of page protectors.  We went through about 120 page protectors prior to P.T.C.  The students use them in their portfolios.  It looks so much nicer when their work is displayed in page protectors.  I prefer the thicker page protectors you can get at Sam’s Club or Costco.  They are easier for the students to use.

I am also looking for someone to come into our classroom to talk about flag etiquette.  Perhaps someone in the military or someone who has retired from the military.  We will be talking about flag etiquette the week of Feb. 25th.  If anyone would like to come teach the students it would be greatly appreciated.  Let me know what works for your schedule and I’ll do my best to make it work.

Wednesday Feb. 20th – Class Picture Day – Please dress nicely for this picture it will be in the yearbook.  🙂

Wednesday Feb. 20th – Art Class with Ms. Trudy start again today.  YAY!

Friday Feb. 22nd – Assignment Due – Memorize the Preamble of the Consitution of the United States

Tuesday Feb. 26th – School-wide Spelling Bee

Thursday Feb. 28th – Natural History Museum Field Trip

Friday March 1st – STARBASE Graduation – Sixth grade parents invited.
