Dear Parents,
I understand that the email that was sent out by the administration lost its formatting and was really hard to read. Hopefully by providing access to the original google doc it will help you. Please be mindful that you do not make changes to the document. This could make it very challenging for everyone else who is trying to read it. There are a few things that need to be clarified. There is a packet at the school for you to pick up for your child (if you have not already done so). There are several papers that your child will need, to be able to complete their work. We asked for work to be turned in each Friday. You only need to turn in paperwork. Don’t worry about turning in anything else. You are welcome to scan in the paperwork and email it to me if you don’t want to drive it to the school. Also, teachers were asked to clean out their students lockers and sack the personal belongings to be picked up. I didn’t realize it was mainly for the purpose of throwing away and cleaning up any perishables that would cause a mess if left for an extended period. Since we don’t have lockers, I thought I needed to clean out the students cubbies and sack up their personal items (indoor shoes) for pickup. They are inside the front doors ready to be picked up whenever you come in to drop off your child’s work.
