This week during lab time students will be completing the Utah Compose assignment that I assigned them before the break.

The kids are so excited this week with winter break coming up! We decided to watch some holiday short videos. During the break each student should complete the “Christmas Prompt” on Utah Compose. Please make sure that students are using proper keyboarding technique.

For the past few weeks we have been completing the student Advanced ED Surveys. We finished them on Friday! Students have had the opportunity to work on research for the International Festival during lab time.

This week students will be taking keyboarding assessments and have additional time to work on research. We will also be going over how to insert images into documents.

Below is a slid show that all students see in the computer lab at the beginning of the school year. Parents please take a moment to discuss the expectations with your student.
